Shrink-adjusted SLA patterns, finished to 3A level are used to make aluminum epoxy molds. Our in-house, high-capacity wax injection system produces wax patterns from these molds with a quick turnaround time. The wax patterns are then used for investment casting of both ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts. For production runs of 5 to 100 parts, aluminum epoxy tooling and wax patterns may be the best solution.
